The Book accompanying the exhibition

Gabriella Giandelli’s book ‘Mirabile Bestiarium’, a Christoph Merian Verlag publication, is being released to coincide with the exhibition. Its series of images show huge songbirds, gigantic snails, room-sized storks and dogs as tall as buildings, roaming through abandoned cities and flats. Silently and naturally, they take the place of humans. Could it be that not everything is as peaceful as it seems though?
